CFUW Board Meetings are where the National Board reviews organizational business, governance matters, finances, policies, committee and officer reports, strategic priorities, and motions requiring Board decisions. The Board also oversees the implementation of CFUW's mission, bylaws, and programs between Annual General Meetings.

CFUW members may attend National Board and Committee meetings as guests by contacting the Chair to request participation.
