As women around the world celebrate International Women’s Day join us for a morning of relaxation and learning brought to you by CFUW Orillia. 

Our guest speaker, Dr. Eleanor Gittens, will teach us how to breathe, cultivate mindfulness, and reduce stress so we can be more resilient in facing life’s challenges. 

Time for socializing and networking too!

Doors open at 10 a.m. for registration and refreshments.
