In 1979, Janice Raymond published the “Transsexual Empire” and articulated her solution to the “problem” of trans people: to morally mandate us out of existence. Today, we are seeing that agenda come to life and sink its hooks into our culture, our politics and our neighborhoods.
To mark Trans Day of Visibility, this webinar brings together some of Canada's best and brightest trans leaders to make clear the crisis and share our thoughts on a path forward. Together, we will shelter, nourish and grow the flame of liberation and our dream of a better world until they shine brighter than ever before. Together, we will win a better world, for everyone.
