About

CFUW-Northumberland was founded in 1991. We seek to provide lifelong learning and promote education and advocacy for gender equality and the rights of women and girls. We are particularly active in supporting women who are pursuing further education/training. We raise funds annually for scholarships for women across Northumberland County. $14,000 in scholarships and bursaries was awarded by CFUW-N in 2023-2024.
